Cookie policy

Last updated 1 August 2026 · Version 1.0

What this site stores on your device, which of it comes from us and which from the services we use, and how to turn it off. It is short, because we do not track you.

01

In short

We do not track you. This site carries no analytics, no advertising and no social media pixels, and we set no cookies of our own. The only things stored on your device come from the services that take a payment, book a call or check you are not a robot — and only when you use them.

02

What we store ourselves

Nothing, unless you start an enrolment. If you do, your name and contact details are kept in your own browser's storage so that you do not have to type them again if you come back to finish. That stays on your device, is never sent to us by itself, and clearing your browser data removes it.

03

What other services store

Four services run inside pages on this site, and each may set a cookie when that part of the page is used:

Cloudflare — hosts the site and runs the invisible check that stops automated form spam. It is a security cookie and the forms cannot work without it.
Razorpay — the payment page. Sets what it needs to take a card safely and to spot fraud. Only on the enrolment and payment pages.
Cal.com — the calendar on the Book a call page, which holds your place while you choose a time.
Sanity — only for our own staff, when they are signed in to edit the site.

04

Why there is no cookie banner

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, consent is needed for anything that is not strictly necessary for a service you asked for. Everything above is either necessary for something you have chosen to do — paying, booking, sending a form — or is on your own device and never read by us. Nothing here measures you or follows you to other sites, so there is nothing to ask permission for. If that ever changes, a banner will appear and this page will say so.

05

Turning it off

Every browser can block or delete cookies, usually under Settings → Privacy. Blocking them for this site is safe to do, but the parts that depend on them stop working: you will not be able to send a form, pay for a place or book a call. Nothing else on the site is affected.

06

Our own logs

Our servers keep short-lived technical records of requests — a page address, a timestamp, an error if one happened — which is how any website is kept running and secure. They are not used to build a picture of you and are not shared. How long we hold personal data, and your rights over it, are in the privacy policy.

DRAFT — NOT LEGAL ADVICE

This page is a structural draft written to show layout and tone. Every clause must be reviewed and signed off by the client’s solicitor before launch, and the bracketed values replaced with real ones.
